Back in March, I saw that the Las Vegas Sands Corporation was holding their 6th annual Responsible gaming ambassador training program. And I thought What The Heck was that?
The more I thought about it, the more I was wondering about it. it got me to wonder.
What if one of your high rolling guests have a problem? is it the dealer’s responsibility? And if they do point it out, aren’t you risking potentially offending a big client? Isnt the dealer risking his job by doing that?
So I put those questions to Maria-Christina Annaloro, director of Government Relations and Social Sciences at Las Vegas Sands.
