Las Vegas is expecting 500,000 people to be here for the NFL Draft as well as the usual party goers here for Spring break, pool parties, and springtime celebrations. To accommodate all the people as well as the planned festivities, Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip) will be closed all three days to vehicles from the Flamingo Resort to the Bellagio driveway.
For workers at the resorts affected, as well as the guests, free shuttles from area parking lots will be provided. As well as other measures to help alleviate some of the pressure and congestion created by the closures.
Thank You for saying what I have said for a long time. Las Vegas doesn’t need the NFL but the NFL certainly does need Las Vegas!
NFL in Las Vegas? I would have to agree with you. They are a bunch of overgrown bullies and Vegas will smack them into shape or kick them to the curb quickly!
