Get there quick, not sure how much longer this prime Vegas People Watching Spot will be open!! The Margaritaville Roof Top Restaurant is now open for Breakfast and Lunch. They don’t keep it open too long because it doesn’t get that much business. It doesn’t get that much business because they don’t keep it open long enough for people to know how wonderful it is for people watching and affordable munchies and drinks!
Currently, open from 8am to 2pm. According to the servers, that may change as the weather cools down and the crowds slow on the Strip. But it is so worth the find. Last time we were there, we had great breakfast that included a large stack of French Toast while everyone around us was verbally pointing out the newest victim of the “Vegas doesn’t have last call?” The latest drunk to come out of Caesars or one of their nightclubs and hitting the unsuspecting daylight of the Vegas morning.
Actually, the original The Vegas Tourist Podcast, we did a show from their rooftop as part of Fan Appreciation Weekend. I can’t find that podcast yet, but I did find our original review when they first opened up. Episode #8
